Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (stickers), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • Stickers are delicate and personal-use items, so returns are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, email or message us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, based on availability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
